By accessing and enjoying the operational flows offered by Ganttico, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions and any amendments that may occasionally be communicated.

1. Services Offered

The web application "Ganttico", autonomously designed and operated independently, acts exclusively as an API in the Client-Interface format. The main intention of this provision is to allow readable .csv files or manual inputs to be transmuted (parsed) into a calendar diagram in the Gantt model. The scope of services offered is on an "As-Is" basis with an objective of direct utility free of charge, devoid of any obligatory promises of infallible uptime permanence.

2. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

As it requires no login, no account and, as detailed in our Privacy Policy, does not keep any temporal data, it is the user's sole responsibility to perform the Export (PDF / Image) or Download the JSON (`.gantt.json`) as soon as customization concludes. Once the browser tab is deactivated or reloaded without the programmatic save event being fired, the manipulated data will be irreversibly lost.

Under no circumstances will the portal or its developers respond for tangible or intellectual losses, attorney fees, or missed opportunities arising from the temporary unavailability of the web system or from the eventual loss of DOM (HTML document processing memory) information.

3. Acceptable Use (Ownership and Rights)

The visitor is granted full and infinite permission to download rendered images from the site or formatted tables in PDF format aiming commercial, academic, or private-personal use as fitting in their labor routine. However, malicious replication attempts and infractions against the local algorithmic infrastructure engineering of the core application, which is hosted and fully maintained on Github and Open/Closed repositories under the main developer's domain, is expressly prohibited.
